This Cherry Kindle Charm is the product of my dreams! Not only is it absolutely stunning and of amazing quality, but the customer service was incredible! When ordering, I added a note requesting a silver chain and hook (i'm a silver girl) but the lovely Frya went above and beyond and not only gave me a silver chain and hook but also gave me the chance to swap charms to suit the style I wanted!! which I couldnt be more grateful for!! 10/10 would recommend <3
